Playa Park RV, establishes audiovisual content that offers all the information of interest related to the hotel and its surroundings, with the idea of improving the customer experience during their stay in an interactive way.

When developing this content, we proposed a structure with different aspects to highlight, ensuring the obtaining of information in a practical, precise and dynamic way. Informative content that reflects the style and the wide range of services and experiences offered by the hotel itself.

Edited in 6 different languages (Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French and Italian), with the aim of being reproduced through the internal television channels and automatically in the language of registration of each guest, once they have checked in at reception.
