Playa Park Check & Pre Check In Assistant is an audiovisual tool designed to assist all customers who wish to independently check in at the hotel.

With this tool we offer a quick, dynamic and interactive lesson on how to do this independently through the hotel's web app.

One of the aspects it offers is the possibility of inviting the customer to have a digital experience, familiarizing each profile with this type of check-in platform. At the same time, we free up the reception department by facilitating its management at times of arrival of large groups.

It has been published in 6 languages (Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French and Italian), and designed for two different media; mobile devices and internal television channels, inserting the content as a tutorial in its web app at the same time.
